AKC/NSDTRC CH Vermilion’s Nadia of Nacrem CD JH WC

Nadia’s health clearances are as follows. Excellent Hips, Thyroid, Cardiac, CERF (distichia), CEA (by parentage DNA pending) and Optigen PRA Normal. Nadia has one distichia on her left eye that causes no problems.  She just delivered her second litter.  Photos and videos click here.  For information on this upcoming litter and puppies, click here.

Nadia is our first pure bred Toller.  She is everything the breed should represent.  We have bred her for the second time under the tutelage of the Como’s and the puppies should be going home the first week of June.  She obtained the Rusty Jones award before the age of 2, meaning she had proved herself by earning titles in conformation, obedience, and in field work.  Way to go Nadia.  She is super playful and energetic.  She also does agility and catches the frisbee.  Right now we are working on her upland hunting skills, which I want to report she is doing very well with.

We owe Paul Kartes a big thanks. He is an awesome trainer and really cultivated Nadia’s instincts to turn her into a successful gun dog.  I will never send a dog to another trainer.  Thank you so much Paul, Nadia is amazing.

1/12/08 – I found out today that Nadia received her Championship. I had miscounted her total points and thought she only had fourteen, however she attained a total of 15 points with a 3 point major, a 2 point win, and two back to back 5 point majors at Rosemont.  She must really be good because I was super nervous at the shows.
