A Log of Hannah’s Milestones

12/18/08 – She can blow on her food if it is hot.
12/12/08 – Started sniffing to smell stuff.
12/10/08 – She can show you her hands.
12/6/08 – Hannah walks.
11/20/08 – Says “bop” when she wants something to drink.
11/16/08 – Can say all done when she is full.
11/14/08 – Hannah takes a step and a half.
11/10/08 – Can point out all the parts on her face and show her belly.
10/17/08 – First bath in the regular bathtub.
9/9/08 – Hannah started eating what mom and dad eat for dinner, even had some spicy Mexican salsa one night.
9/2/08 – Hannah learns how to crawl up the stairs, but not down.
9/15/08 – Hannah eats sushi for the first time.
8/19/08 – She can pull herself to standing.
8/12/08 – Can do sign language for more
8/4/08 – Hannah learns how to crawl
8/3/08 – Hannah eats oatmeal for the first time.
7/25/08 – Starts blowing kisses.
7/18/08 – Hannah eats meat for the first time.
7/14/08 – She can get to a sitting position on her own.
7/5/08 – Two bottom front teeth are starting to poke out
7/4/08 – Celebrates her first Fourth of July.
7/2/08 – Hannah crawls one step and is working on doing more.
6/14/08 – Hannah learns how to wave.
5/19/08 – Hannah holds her own bottle and feeds herself
5/14/08 – Hannah began a short period of stranger anxiety. We’ll see if this comes back in a few months.
4/18/06 – She starts saying dadadadada and mamamama among other sounds.
4/5/08 – Hannah gets her first taste of rice cereal and really enjoys it.
3/12/08 – Can sit upright without falling over if placed that way.
2/23/08 – She is really making many different types of sounds and grabbing at all her toys.
2/16/08 – Hannah finally made it into the Catholic world and got baptized.
2/15/08 – She can roll over pretty consistently.
1/17/08 – Hannah starts sleeping through the night consistently.
1/11/08 – She is starting to use her hands.
1/7/08 – Hannah rolls over for the first time and wouldn’t do it again for over a month.
1/5/08 – We notice that she can really hold her head up consistently when on her belly.
12/18/07 – Hannah sleeps through the night, we thought we were home free, but then she wouldn’t do it consistently for a couple more months.
12/15/07 – She begins follow objects and looking for sounds by turning her head.
11/22/07 – She begins to squeak and “talk.”
11/8/07 – Hannah smiles at us for the first time.
10/30/07 – At just about 1 month Hannah goes for her first hiking trip in The Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
10/20/07 – Hannah begins to wake up a little and is no longer an eating sleeping machine.
